BOSS_ZERO-ZERO 3x45

The BOSS ZERO-ZERO integrated multifunctional cutting system delivers unparalleled performance with a 3x45 ml work area. Featuring 3D Plasma, 2D Plasma, 3 Oxy fuel torches, 2 independent beams, a 3x45 ml extraction table, 2 filtering systems with 24 cartridges each, and a double 45 ml vibrating screen, all with a floor-level table.

Designing and building is our passion, where versatility and innovation combine to create advanced solutions. The BOSS_ZERO-ZERO 3x45 solution is installed below floor level, with the cutting height flush with the walking surface. It includes:

Recessed tables with extraction piping and an automatic vibrating screen system.

Two independent automatic beams:

One equipped with a 3D plasma cutting head.
The other with a 2D plasma head and 3 independent Oxy fuel torches.
The system is completed by 2 filtering units, each with 24 cartridges, for maximum efficiency in extraction and filtration.

Internal tank scrap and related cutting slag are discharged by an integrated automatic vibrating screen system located beneath the system.
